Why We Started with a Seed

Every garden starts in the dark. That's not a warning — it's a promise. Here's why we built Good News Garden around the simplest truth we know.

Every good garden starts in the dark, underground, invisible. You press a seed into the soil and you wait. You don't see anything for days, sometimes weeks. But something is happening. Roots are forming. Life is taking hold.

That's the image we kept coming back to when we thought about what Good News Garden should be. We're not in the business of loud or flashy. We're in the business of seeds — small truths, planted carefully, that grow into something strong and lasting.

The conversations that shape who our children become rarely start with grand speeches. They start with a book at bedtime. A question on the way to school. A character in a story who feels the same thing they're feeling. That's the place we're trying to create.

A garden for little hearts. One seed at a time.
